Mexican Pork Tenderloin Verde

Directions

Season the pork as desired.  Rub the pork with the cumin. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat (make sure the skillet and oil are hot before adding the pork). Add the pork and cook for 3 minutes before turning (if it doesn't turn easily give it another minute on that side), then cook until both sides are well browned.

Add the salsa verde and reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Remove the pork from the skillet and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.  Serve with the salsa verde from the skillet.

1.5 pounds boneless pork tenderloin
1.5 teaspoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Salsa Verde
