Spicy Nachos Grande

If you're serving a crowd that's hungry for a mouthwatering appetizer, serve these tasty nachos, loaded with seasoned ground beef and a creamy sauce.

Directions

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

Stir the soup and chiles in a small bowl. Stir half the soup mixture, the water and taco seasoning mix in the skillet. Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

Heat the remaining soup mixture in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring often.

Arrange the tortilla chips on a serving platter and top with the beef mixture. Spoon the soup mixture over the beef mixture and tortilla chips. Top with the sour cream and tomato.
