New Wave Spinach Salad

It couldn't be easier to make this refreshing salad. Instead of the traditional spinach salad with bacon, this one features oranges, cranberries and goat cheese with a lemon-honey dress...

Directions

Beat the oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, garlic and black pepper in a small bowl with a fork or whisk.Place the spinach and lettuce into a large bowl.  Add the dressing and toss to coat.  Divide the greens among 6 plates and top with the kiwi, oranges, cranberries and red onion.  Top each with 1 round goat cheese.
