Heat the oven to 400°F. While the oven is heating, line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.Stir the soup, onion powder and dry mustard in a large bowl. Add the cauliflower and toss to coat. Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet. Stir the cheeses and bread crumbs in a medium bowl. Sprinkle the mixture over the cauliflower.Bake for 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is lightly browned and tender. Serve hot.
