Place the bread halves on a baking sheet. Bake at 400°F. for 5 minutes.Stir the soup, cheeses, onions and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Spread the soup mixture evenly over the bread to within 1/4-inch of the edges.Bake the topped bread for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Cut the bread into slices.
