Polenta Au Gratin

Directions

Heat the oven to 350°F. Spread 1/2 cup picante sauce on the bottom of a 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Arrange the polenta slices in the baking dish, overlapping slightly. Top with the green onions, remaining picante sauce and cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the polenta is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
18 ounces (1 package) polenta, cut crosswise into 12 slices
4 green onion, minced (about 1/2 cup)
1.5 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese(about 6 ounces)
