Shape the ground beef firmly into 6 patties. Cook the patties in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until they're well browned on both sides. Pour off any fat.Stir the picante sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until desired doneness. Top with the cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese melts. Serve with the sauce on the buns.
