Cheddar Potato & Gravy Bake

This cheese-topped potato side dish will rapidly become one often requested.

Directions

Spray a 2-quart shallow baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.

Place half the potatoes in the baking dish.  Top with the onion and remaining potatoes.  Pour the gravy over all.  Sprinkle with the paprika.  Cover the baking dish.

Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour.  Uncover the baking dish.  Sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

Ingredients

2 large potato(about 1 pound), cut in half and thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Chicken Gravy
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese(about 4 ounces)
