Apple-Kissed Turkey Burgers

Chopped apples, apple jelly and green onions add sweet and savory flavor to these mouthwatering broiled turkey burgers, served with a tempting apple-chili sauce that's so easy to make!

Directions

Heat the broiler.  Spray a broiler pan with vegetable cooking spray.

Thoroughly mix the turkey, apple, green onions, lemon pepper, salt and apple pie spice in a medium bowl.  Shape the turkey mixture into 4 (3/4-inch thick) burgers.

Broil the burgers 6 inches from the heat for 10 minutes or until cooked through, turning them over once halfway through the broiling time.

Heat the chili sauce and jelly in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.

Top the burgers with the chili sauce mixture.  Serve the burgers on the buns.
