Spray a 6-quart saucepot with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Season the turkey as desired. Add the turkey and onion and cook for 5 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add the chili powder and cumin and cook and stir for 1 minute.Stir in vegetable juice, pepper and beans and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Season to taste.
