Directions

Season the pork as desired.  Sprinkle with the Creole seasoning.  Stir the soup, beer, flour, mustard and brown sugar in a 6-quart slow cooker until smooth.  Add the mushrooms, onion and pork.

Cover and and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or until the pork is cooked through.  Serve the pork and sauce with the rice.

Ingredients

3 pounds bone-in center cut pork chop (6 chops)
2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
0.5 cup beer
0.25 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
10 ounces sliced mushrooms (about 3 cups)
1 large onion, cut in half and sliced (about 1 cup)
3 cups hot cooked long grain white rice (from about 1 cup dry)
