Salsa Verde Meatloaf

Directions

Set the oven to 350°F.  While the oven is heating, season the beef as desired.

Thoroughly mix 3/4 cup salsa verde, the beef, egg, tortilla chips and green onions in a large bowl.  Place the beef mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with the remaining salsa verde.

Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through. Let the meatloaf stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

1.5 pounds ground beef
1.25 cups Pace® Salsa Verde
1 egg
0.75 cup finely crushed tortilla chips (about 2 1/4 ounces)
4 green onion, minced (about 1/2 cup)
