Garlic New Potatoes

These quick and tender potatoes are infused with savory garlic flavor - and you won't believe just how easy they are to make!

Directions

Heat the broth, garlic and potatoes in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes well in a colander.  Season to taste.

1.75 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups  small new potatoes, cut in half
