Fast Fiesta Soft Tacos

In a rush?  These saucy tacos feature seasoned ground beef rolled up in warm tortillas with lettuce and shredded Cheddar...and they're ready to serve in less than 1/2 hour.

Directions

Cook the beef and chili powder in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

Stir the picante sauce in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

Spoon about 1/4 cup beef mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with the lettuce and cheese. Fold the tortillas around the filling. Serve with additional picante sauce.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
8 flour tortilla, warmed
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
