Cook and drain the spaghetti according to the package directions. While the spaghetti is cooking, mix the beef, bread crumbs, egg, water, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper thoroughly in a medium bowl. Shape the beef mixture firmly into 12 (2-inch) meatballs. Arrange the meatballs in an 8x11x2-inch microwavable baking dish.Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until the meatballs are done. Pour off any fat. Stir in the sauce. Cover. Microwave for 3 minutes or until hot. Serve with the spaghetti.
