Place the beef mixture into a 3-quart shallow baking pan and shape into an 9x4-inch loaf.Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through.Spread the remaining salsa over the meatloaf and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
