Whole Wheat Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Canned chicken makes these sandwiches easy and tasty...nonfat yogurt and mayonnaise ensure a luscious chicken salad that you can feel good about!

Directions

Stir the chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, yogurt and pepper in a small bowl.

Divide the chicken mixture evenly among 4 bread slices. Top each with 2 slices tomato, 1 leaf lettuce and 1 remaining bread slice.

2 cans (4.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
0.25 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
8 tomato slice
4 lettuce leaves
