Here's a deliciously different recipe for leftover turkey...just give it a kick with picante sauce, peppers and onions, all wrapped up in a flour tortilla. What a tasty idea!
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the peppers and onions and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Stir in the turkey, gravy and picante sauce. Reduce the heat to low. Cook until the mixture is hot. Season to taste.Spoon about 1/3 cup turkey mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold the tortillas around the filling.
