Slow Cooker Creamy Peach Mango Rice Pudding

Desserts in a slow cooker are fun to explore - you can get them started early in the day and leave them untended until you want to serve and enjoy.

Directions

Spray the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray. Stir the juice, rice and cranberries in the cooker.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until the rice is tender, stirring once during cooking.

Stir the cream into the cooker. Pour the rice mixture into a 2-quart serving bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the cinnamon before serving. Serve warm or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

0.5 cup uncooked long grain white rice
