Spray the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray. Stir the juice, rice and cranberries in the cooker.Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until the rice is tender, stirring once during cooking.Stir the cream into the cooker. Pour the rice mixture into a 2-quart serving bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the cinnamon before serving. Serve warm or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
