Simple Seasoned Pasta

Cooking the rotini in savory broth really elevates the flavor of this simple pasta dish. It's so easy and delicious, it's sure to become a weekly staple on your table!

Directions

Heat the broth, tomatoes, cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.

Stir in the rotini. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the rotini is tender.  Season to taste.

Ingredients

3.5 cups Vegetable or Chicken Broth
1 tablespoon drained canned diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces (about 3 cups) uncooked rotini (spiral) pasta
