Heat the oven to 400°F.Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.Stir the chili, water, picante sauce and corn in the skillet. Spoon the beef mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.Mix the corn muffin mix according to the package directions. Pour the batter over the beef mixture.Bake for 20 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
