Picante Sloppy Joes

All you need is five ingredients and 20 minutes to make these family-pleasing sandwiches that get an extra kick from picante sauce.

Directions

Cook the beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

Stir the picante sauce, yellow mustard, brown sugar and green onions, if desired, in the skillet.  Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

Reduce heat.  Cover and cook 5 minutes.  Divide the beef mixture evenly among the rolls.

1.25 pounds ground beef
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce
1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
0.25 cup green onion, if desired
6 Pepperidge Farm® Sesame Topped Hamburger Buns, split and toasted
