Place the croutons in a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and crush the croutons with a rolling pin until crumbs form.Thoroughly mix the ground beef, crouton crumbs, egg and milk in a large bowl. Divide the beef mixture evenly into 6 portions. Shape each portion into a small loaf. Place the loaves on a rimmed baking sheet.Press the Goldfish® crackers onto the surface of the loaves.Bake the loaves at 375°F. for 30 minutes or until they're cooked through.
