Jalapeño Jack Burgers

It only takes 20 minutes to grill up these flavorful cheeseburgers that feature a hot and spicy kick from chopped jalapeño peppers.

Directions

Thoroughly mix the beef and peppers in a medium bowl.  Shape the beef mixture into 4 (1/2-inch thick) burgers.

Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium.  Grill the burgers for 10 minutes for medium or to desired doneness, turning the burgers over once halfway through grilling.  Top each burger with 2 cheese slices.  Grill until the cheese is melted.

Serve the burgers on the buns with additional jalapeño pepper slices, if desired.

Ingredients
